Global Solutions Worldwide (GSWW)

1. Agreement to Terms

 

By engaging services with Global Solutions Worldwide (GSWW), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with services.

 

 

2. Services Provided

 

GSWW provides professional services, which may include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Commercial cleaning services

  • Facility maintenance

  • Janitorial services

  • Consulting or operational support

 

All services are performed based on agreed proposals, contracts, or service agreements.

 

 

3. Service-Based Business (No Physical Products)

 

GSWW is a service-based company. We do not sell physical goods or products. All payments made are for time, labor, expertise, and service execution.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement, invoice, or proposal.

  • Payments may be required upfront, upon completion, or on a recurring basis, depending on the service.

  • Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or termination.

 

 

5. No Refund Policy

 

Because GSWW provides services rather than physical products, all payments are non-refundable.

 

By engaging GSWW, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Payment is for time, labor, scheduling, and resources allocated to your project or service.

  • Once a service has been scheduled, initiated, or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Dissatisfaction with service does not entitle the Client to a refund, but GSWW may, at its sole discretion, offer reasonable efforts to address concerns.

 

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Clients must provide at least [24–72 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

  • GSWW reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing, emergencies).

 

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

 

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available if required

  • Remove hazards or notify GSWW of any risks prior to service

  • Communicate expectations clearly before service begins

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

GSWW shall not be held liable for:

 

  • Pre-existing damage to property

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client

 

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

 

 

9. Satisfaction & Service Concerns

 

If you are not satisfied with a service:

 

  • You must notify GSWW within 24 hours of service completion

  • GSWW may offer a touch-up or correction, at its discretion

  • Refunds will not be issued

 

 

10. Termination of Services

 

GSWW reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

 

  • The environment is unsafe

  • The Client violates these terms

  • Payments are not made as agreed

 

 

11. Independent Contractor Status

 

GSWW operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with the Client.

 

 

12. Changes to Terms

 

GSWW reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Illinois].
