CEO
Sean D. Pond is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Solutions Worldwide, LLC, which mobilizes global logistics, construction, mining, import / export and procurement initiatives in West Africa and Asia assisting AFRICOM and SOCAF with large multinational exercises such as Flintlock and African Lion, and has conducted support operations in 10 different countries on the African continent. He has spearheaded various major projects, such as the Initial Public Offering of The Cape Verde Fast Ferry in the Republic of Cabo Verde. Sean also retired after a successful career in the U.S. Army Active and Reserve components where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is a seasoned executive professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership and consulting positions within the U.S. Department of Defense and the international business community.

Tanya Kalya Loya has never operated on an ordinary timeline. She became the youngest elected official in Texas at 18, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Politics at 19, and completed her Master of Science in Intelligence and National Security Studies at 20 — all from the University of Texas at El Paso. That trajectory speaks directly to how she leads: with urgency, precision, and a command of complex systems that most professionals spend decades developing.
As Chief Operating Officer of Global Solutions Worldwide, Tanya oversees the company's operations across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. She directs cross-continental execution, evaluates financial models and investment opportunities, and drives the strategic initiatives that position GSW Worldwide for principled, sustainable growth in some of the world's most demanding environments.

John R. Monteiro is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with over four decades of experience spanning engineering, construction, renewable energy, and international business development. With a proven track record of building and scaling successful ventures, John is known for combining technical expertise with strategic insight to drive growth, innovation, and impact—both locally and globally.
As the founder and CEO of multiple companies, including the highly successful ASEC Corporation, John has led teams of over 100 professionals and overseen thousands of contracts, including infrastructure projects as significant as the $3 billion Boston Harbor Cleanup. Under his leadership, ASEC and its sister company APLUS Construction Services grew to generate over $10 million in annual revenue, cementing their place as premier firms in the engineering and construction industry.

VASIM SHAIKH
COO of Global Solutions Asia
As Chief Operating Officer of Global Solutions Asia, I lead logistics operations supporting U.S. and allied diplomatic missions worldwide, while also directing mining exploration initiatives across Asia. My work is centered on building reliable systems, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering results in complex international environments.
I bring a broad logistics and supply chain background, with experience in international shipping, customs coordination, tariff resolution, contract support, and multi-country operations. My approach is grounded in precision, discipline, and accountability, ensuring that each project is executed with professionalism and attention to detail.
Known for steady leadership and integrity, I focus on aligning teams, using data to support sound decisions, and creating processes that improve performance. Whether supporting embassy logistics, managing vendor relationships, or advancing large-scale exploration projects, my goal remains the same: deliver operational excellence, strengthen organizational efficiency, and support long-term success.
